Why most of the people couldn't stay to perform Witir prayer?

After Tarawih, its only three (3) rakaat remaining.

If you can keep on with 8 rakaat of Tarawih, why dont 3 rakaat of Witir?

Pahala is pahala ya know?

This month is full of BONUSES.
