Till today, I still remember the almost-happened creepy experience to me. But, luckily it was my friends they were looking for. Hell yeah, struck me with thunder so I will believe that, something were accompanying us in every single night while we were in deep slept.
Well, that what was happened in our PLKN camp, especially in my dorm. Maybe our dorm was the most tempting place for the ghosts to hang out, as it was dark, even in a day light. At first, I don't believe those myth stories, told by our coach. Who knows, probably his intention just want to scared us, so we will play nice, too.
It was 2 a.m. early in the morning. My friends were still playing with some wrestling stuff, I guess it was Muay Thai martial art. Tired and sleepy, one of my friends went to sleep. Suddenly he felt something hissed through his ears. Hesitated, he was trying to look out for the sound, instead of ignoring it.
"Who is there?" there was fear in his voice. And of course he was speaking in Malay at that time. I'm the one who responsible to translate them in English.
It was a complete silent of the midnight; answering his question.
A pair of red eyes were staring at him, in a total darkness. And he knew it. As he forced himself to look back, the black thing with four legs and a long neck, jumped before him. Obviously, it was not a Giraffe. What in the hell a Giraffe stick on the top of the ceiling and move agilely? Obviously it’s not. Harmless, but yet creepy, that unknown "animal" kept its reddish eyes on him. Staring at those red eyes, he knew it, it wasn't an animal. That thing stretching it's long neck abruptly. Then, its launched its body through the front door, leaving him, numb.
We were realized there was something wrong with him after that. He was suddenly changed, from happy-go-lucky boy into quite moody boy. And of course it was irritating for us to not knowing what hap happened to him.
"You were facing a ghost, and you did not run away or at least, scream?" asked me, curious.
"I don't know what to do at that time" he said, still in trauma. He deserve more credit than us, more than he do.
But, the horror didn't end there.
Our captain, was in shock out as he himself saw what was in his bed when he was in night patrol. Before this, there were rumors about his haunted bed, the most pleasant mattress in our dorm, always be a stopover for the white things. And finally, the day had come, where he saw them before his eyes. It's freaking him out. Of course it was. Who will feel happy about this, a ghost visit your bed, watching you sleep every night? Please note this, they were not Edward Cullen, they were ghost!
Flying fireball, pocong, and what-so-ever, were there. In our camp.
Hysteria? Yep, there was once. But just once.
Um, there were plenty of ghost stories in our camp. But I think these light stories should be enough.
